Understanding Coverage for Addiction Treatment
On October 1st 2018, AHCCCS changed the way behavioral health services were delivered in Arizona. The State was divided up into regions making various health plans responsible for both the physical and behavioral health care of members.
For Maricopa and Pinal counties there are 7 health plans; Intensive Treatment Systems (ITS) offers services to members of all 7 health plans, in addition we also offer services to members of the American Indian Health Plan, provide services for Veterans enrolled in TriWest and are honored to have funding through the Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG).
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take private insurance. However; ITS does allow cash payments.
