ITS is thrilled to announce that we will be opening a new clinic in Mesa very soon. We have been serving people from Mesa and the surrounding area for many years through our existing clinics in Phoenix and are really excited about the new facility which will make access to treatment easier for our patients.

Coordination of treatment for clients in the Mesa and surrounding areas is arranged through our West – ACCESS POINT Clinic which is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. Treatment is available and currently provided through our clinics in Phoenix and San Tan Valley. Please call the Freephone number to arrange an Intake appointment or if you have any questions.
We accept Medicaid clients on the following AHCCCS Insurance Health Plans:
- American Indian Health Plan
- Arizona Complete Health Care
- Banner University Family Care Plan
- Care 1st/Wellcare Health Plan AZ
- Magellan Complete Care
- Mercy Care
- Steward Health Choice AZ
- United Health Care
In addition; we have funding available through the Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG) and you can self-pay. We are also the preferred provider for TriWest for Veterans.

For new patients, we accept same day Walk in’s or you can book an appointment.
We want to be sure that treatment is available whenever you are ready. You can access services at any time through the West – ACCESS POINT Clinic and once you have completed your intake you can transfer over to the clinic most convenient for you to continue treatment.
Transportation has always been a barrier to treatment for some of our patients. Intensive Treatment Systems (ITS) is able to provide transportation, please contact us if you would like us to coordinate this for you.
