Supporting Our Heroes
Helping Veterans Overcome Substance Use Disorder
Intensive Treatment Systems (ITS) is proud to offer services to Veterans. Almost all our staff are connected to Veterans, either having served or are related to others who have. ITS has some staff who are combat Veterans who can provide the practical safe space to Veterans who may be struggling with discussing combat issues.
Our qualified clinicians and peer support staff have ongoing specialist training through Psych Armor to prepare them in assisting Veterans and their families with treatment for Drug and Alcohol Addiction and indirectly, we can assist them and their families in learning how to cope with trauma or grief.
We work closely with many Veteran organizations, our providers aim to ensure Veterans are offered resources which may include referrals for housing/homeless assistance, food banks, medical insurance, residential treatment, vocational assistance and other community resources for Veterans as they need them. When necessary ITS will collaborate with other providers and agencies for specialist diagnosis.
ITS is proud to be the Preferred Provider for TriWest Healthcare Alliance and part of the BeConnected network. TriWest manages healthcare under the Department of Veterans Affairs.
